Vic West Neighbourhood Association

Home to much of the city's subsidized or non-market housing, Vic West is also the location of the Dockside Green project - which has committed a certain number of its units to affordable housing. The Neighbourhood Association notes that it has recently created a sub-committee on affordable housing and takes pride in the fact that it was one of the early supporters of Dockside Green.

James Bay Community Association

James Bay has been another home to a large number of the City of Victoria's affordable housing projects over the years. JBCA have sponsored community forums dedicated to the topic of affordable housing and most recently have asked all developers to include affordable units within their projects where appropriate.
