The  Housing Affordability Partnership steering team met January 15, 2007 to say goodbye to Vancity rep Moira Hauk, departing for a new lenders position in Campbell River, BC.  As Co-Chair and member of the HAP team for  a total of 6   years,  Moira was instrumental in guiding the Partnership's steady growth and influence in the Capital Region housing community.  Her skills in stakeholder liaison, HR and  administration together with her experienced lenders perspective combined to move HAP to the position of influence it now enjoys across the public, private and nonprofit housing sectors in Victoria.  Moira personifies the involved community financial expert whose experience will be missed at the HAP table.  Moira also brought a wonderfully clear mind and sense of humour to the HAP discussions.   Victoria's loss is Campbell River's gain.
We thank Moira for her support and wish her all the best in her new challenges.
